3D Visualizers for Album Re-Release

At Blunt Action, we partnered with Empire Records to design 15 original 3D visualizers for the re-release of Aaliyah’s third and final self-titled album, Aaliyah. Each visualizer was crafted to embody the distinct emotion and atmosphere of its track, with carefully developed creative directions inspired by the lyrical depth and iconic energy of her music.​

Every piece was brought to life through diverse 3D art styles, reflecting the mood and nuance of Aaliyah’s songwriting. Together, they stand as intimate visual interpretations of her artistry — highlighting her self-reflection, emotional complexity, and unique presence as a performer.​

This project was both a tribute and a privilege: a chance to honor Aaliyah’s enduring legacy while reintroducing her timeless sound to a new generation.
